Col. Ajay Tikkar is a veteran with 33 years of unblemished service in the Indian Army, bringing with him a wealth of experience in leadership, discipline, and resilience. As both an Engineer and a Lawyer, he has successfully navigated critical and high-pressure situations, often in the most adverse conditions. His journey has been one of continuous growth, grounded in service, courage, and the belief that true leadership comes from leading by example.

Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in mentoring youth—working closely with school students, organizing camps, and conducting various adventure-based activities. He is  a certified professional in mountain adventure and weapons courses, and firmly believes that outdoor experiences are powerful tools to build confidence, character, and team spirit in the younger generation.

He believes that positive thinking and effective interpersonal communication are essential traits for any great leader. To him, FEAR means “Face Everything And Rise,” not “Fear Everything And Run.”

His mission is simple yet impactful - Promote adventure and outdoor experiences among the youth to instill discipline, confidence, and a spirit of camaraderie.
