Born into a family deeply rooted in the nation's defence, Sanjay was instilled with a strong sense of duty and a passion for service from a tender age. Growing up amidst the disciplined environment, Sanjay developed a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

After completing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, further honed their skills with a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Visakhapatnam. This academic journey was complemented by certifications in Industrial Safety and EV Infrastructure, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to the evolving industrial landscape. A keen learner,also pursued a Negotiation Skills certification from the University of Michigan, equipping them with the tools to navigate complex situations with finesse.

Beyond academics, Sanjay actively engaged in various extracurricular activities. As a member of NGOs like Prayas and IMAD, they dedicated time to social causes, contributing to community development and empowering underprivileged groups. Leading a Go-Kart team was a testament to their leadership abilities and technical expertise. Furthermore, their participation in the National Service Scheme and Bharat Scouts instilled in them a spirit of volunteerism and a deep sense of national pride.
